8.3 Usage Limits
All accounts are subject to reasonable usage limits to ensure service availability and prevent abuse. Specific limits may vary based on system configuration and subscription tier.
9. Subscription and Billing Terms
9.1 Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.
9.2 Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for premium features. Trial periods are limited to one per user and may require payment method verification. Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

SurfCoders LLC may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website and, for registered users, communicated via email. Continued use of Mystikó after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas. This agreement is between you and SurfCoders LLC. You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
